When you submit an enquiry, your information is collected via Google Forms and used only to respond to your enquiry. You may request for this information to be deleted at any time.

If your child is enrolled in my setting, I will store relevant information both electronically and in paper format, which is kept securely in a locked filing cabinet.

Records are usually retained for 3 years after a child leaves the setting. However, in cases relating to safeguarding or welfare concerns, records may be kept for up to 21 years in line with legal requirements.

I process personal data based on legal obligation, contract, and safeguarding requirements. I may share information with relevant professionals (such as Ofsted, safeguarding partners, or health visitors) where required by law or for the welfare of the child.

Parents have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data where appropriate.

Once your child is enrolled at Bright Beginnings Childminding, I will provide you with a full copy of all policies and procedures for your information and reference.
